Young Adult Ministry

Young Adult Ministry

Young Adult Ministry nourishes young adults spiritually, engages them socially, and builds communities of service. When the church invests in young adults by offering them communities of support, opportunities for growth, and a physical location to gather, they will return their gifts to the church through time, talent, and treasure. Various opportunities to engage in spiritual formation brings young adults into a deeper intimacy with Our Lord: the center of every ministry in the Church.

YAM pursues faith formation through individual discipleship, relationships, study, small groups, and retreats for young adult members and non-members of the church to build community life with open hearts in a welcoming atmosphere. The goal of discipleship is to journey together to help one another live our faith in the everyday routine of life. Discipleship multiplies infinitely but is rooted in personal investment.

Led by Joel Morien, Director of Children, Youth and Families, YAM is designed for young adults ages 18-39 from all walks and stages of life with monthly meetings that take place at a variety of locations in the community. Each month we gather at a local restaurant or meet for an activity of fellowship.
