Carroll University Chamber Singers

April 9-12, 2026 The Carroll University Chamber Singers Are Coming!

As a special part of our Sesquicentennial celebration, we are very pleased to host the Chamber Singers of Carroll University in Waukesha from April 9th through the 12th here in Green Bay.

This is a select group of 16 singers making up the premiere vocal ensemble for the college. They will be with us for the full weekend after Easter, working in three area high schools on Friday, hosting a workshop for area church choirs on Saturday afternoon which culminates in a special Saturday evening concert combining their voices with our own choir and other area church singers, and finally the Sunday morning worship service where the Chamber Singers will provide music for us all.

We are looking for ‘Host Families’ to provide a ‘home-base’ for groups of 2 students for this 3-night residency. You’ll provide a place for two students to sleep, breakfast each morning, and some of the transportation for them.

Host families will be welcomed to a dinner gathering at church on Thursday April 9 at 7:30PM to meet your assigned guests and take them home with you then.

They will be picked up Friday morning from your home for their day in Green Bay high schools, around 8AM, then they will be returned to you by 10PM that night.

They will be picked up again on Saturday late morning for lunch, around 10:30AM, then attend the workshop at church afterwards they’ll be fed dinner between the workshop and concert, then you will take them home Saturday night after the concert which begins at 7:00PM.

You bring them to church with you on Sunday morning and say farewell following worship and fellowship time. This short-term commitment on your part will have a long-term impact on these college students and on our faith community!
